1 General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 0k777 platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "user"). By accessing the 0k777 website, creating an account, or using any gaming service, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

2 Account Registration & Use

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

2.2 Account Responsibility

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

0k777 may request supporting documents for identity verification at any time to ensure platform security. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals until verification is complete. If submitted information is found to be false, the account will be closed and the balance may be forfeited.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Terms

Accepted payment methods for depositing funds at 0k777 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other selected Bangladeshi banks).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method);
• Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly;
• Deposits must be made from your own payment account — using another person's account is prohibited;
• If you experience any issue with a deposit transaction, contact support with a screenshot of the transaction.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The same payment methods apply for withdrawals. Withdrawal rules:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800;
• Standard processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours;
• Withdrawal requests are processed after verification;
• Withdrawals may be held if bonus wagering requirements have not been met;
• Once a withdrawal request has been submitted, it may not be possible to cancel it.

3.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). For any currency conversion, the applicable exchange rate at the time of the transaction will be used.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New players at 0k777 will receive a welcome bonus of up to 150% on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.

• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, for a total balance of ৳2,500;
• Example: Deposit ৳14,000 and receive the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, for a total balance of ৳24,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.

Additional important conditions regarding wagering:

• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before wagering is complete;
• Wagering contributions may vary for specific games or categories when playing with bonus funds;
• 0k777 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus at any time if evidence of abuse is found.

4.3 Other Promotions

0k777 regularly runs promotional offers, reload bonuses, and special events. Each promotion has its own applicable terms, which will be clearly stated on the offer page. If any conflict arises between the general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms will take precedence.

5 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 0k777 platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts under the same person's name;
• Abusing the bonus system, or using software or scripts to artificially fulfill wagering requirements;
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity;
• Hacking, introducing viruses, or injecting malicious code into the platform's software;
• Harassing or threatening other players;
• Creating an account using false information;
• Making deposits or withdrawals using a third party's payment account;
• Using any unauthorized software or method to influence game outcomes.

Involvement in any of the above prohibited activities will result in immediate account closure, and 0k777 reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

All games at 0k777 are operated by a fair play technology-based Random Number Generator (RNG). Each game outcome is entirely independent and is not influenced by previous results.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game or market has its own minimum and maximum betting limits, which are displayed in the game interface. 0k777 reserves the right to change betting limits at any time.

6.3 Bet Cancellation

If a round or bet is cancelled due to a technical fault, network outage, or game software error, the full bet amount will be refunded. In the case of a malfunction, all bets and payouts will be considered void.

6.4 Sports Betting

Acceptance of bets in sports markets is at 0k777's discretion. 0k777 reserves the right to cancel bets placed at unusual odds. For live match bets, a bet may not be accepted if, due to technical delays, the outcome has already been determined.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Suspension or Closure by 0k777

0k777 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Providing false or incomplete information;
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity;
• Instructions from relevant authorities in connection with a financial crime investigation.

9.2 Closure by the User

You may request account closure at any time by emailing [email protected]. If bonus wagering requirements have not been met before account closure, the bonus balance will be cancelled; however, your cash balance will be refunded in full.
